These are our services

All services include a provider visit. If there is a lab(s) associated with the visit, this lab is covered with the price that you see below each service. The provider will interpret lab results, if there are any, and provide guidance. Provider visits may include prescription medications, supplements, further lab tests, imaging tests, and/or referrals to specialists.

Diabetes

Diabetes Diet Consultation- This is a consultation where the provider will examine your diet in depth and determine personalized changes that can be made that have the ability to drastically improve your diabetic health. This is is not necessarily a complete change in diet where you need to empty out your entire kitchen but small but impactful changes that can drastically improve your health. The provider will guide you through this. This package is only for diet and does not include any diabetic tests.

Diabetes Reversal Program This is a diabetes care plan, in which we do a full diabetes medication review and review your history and lifestyle, including your diet. This covers the cost of two laboratory hemoglobin A1c tests, one at the beginning and a follow-up test in 3 months to check your progress. This package includes two provider visits, one at the beginning to discuss your lab result and another in 3 months to discuss your progress and follow-up lab result.

Insulin Resistance

Insulin Resistance Reversal Program- This is package that checks the body's fasting insulin level and your lipid panel to understand whether you suffer from insulin resistance and how to reverse it to bring it back to normal healthy levels. The combination of both a fasting insulin level and the ratio of triglycerides to HDL level in a lipid panel gives a very good picture of your body's insulin resistance status and whether there is a high chance of progression to diabetes. When insulin is chronically high, fasting insulin levels will be elevated and the body will have an elevated triglycerides-to-HDL ratio. This program includes 2 fasting insulin levels and lipid panels, done at the beginning of the program and then later 6 months later. The provider will review your labs, medications, lifestyle factors, and health history to come up with a personalized plan to get your body out of insulin resistance and back into peak health before it develops into diabetes.

Early Prevention of Kidney Problems- Early Kidney Health Evaluation

Early Kidney Health Evaluation- Do you currently have no obvious kidney problems but want to know if your kidneys are really healthy and nothing is developing 'behind the scenes'? Though you may not have kidney problems right now, you should check for early indicators that everything is really ok before an actual problem occurs. With this package, we do tests that show early indicators of any possible kidney issues before they become a diagnosable disease. A urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio (uACR) along with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) are two tests that show some of the earliest possible issues with your kidneys before any major problems.

Vitamin B12 Comprehensive Package- Vitamin B12 is the most common B vitamin deficiency. Being deficient in vitamin B12 can result in anemia. This package includes a serum vitamin B12 test. These give a good indication whether you are currently anemic and whether this is due to low levels of vitamin B12.

Vitamin D Check- Vitamin D is an important for proper bone health, muscle movement, nerve health, as well as for the joints and tissues. This package checks your vitamin D level and gives provider recommendations, including possible prescriptions. Check your level today

Magnesium

Magnesium Consultation- Do you want to know your magnesium status? Do you want to see whether you have sufficient stores of magnesium in your body? Are you getting enough magnesium through your diet? Or do you need to take additional supplementation? This consultation includes the cost of a RBC Magnesium test, which is the best way to identify true adequate stores of magnesium in your body. Based off of this result, a dietary review, and your supplementation history, you will be advised of the best course of action to take.

Anemia

Anemia Consultation- Anemia is a common but debilitating condition. Anemia is a condition characterized by a low red blood cell (RBC) count. Red blood cells are crucial to our health, as they transport oxygen to all parts of our body so that we can be and feel healthy. A low RBC count is associated with fatigue and a feeling of unwellness, being that there are not enough red blood cells to diffuse oxygen throughout the body. This health package covers the lab for a CBC (to check RBC count), a serum vitamin b12 (cobalamin) test, serum folate test, a serum ferritin test, and a serum copper test. These will check the levels of vitamin B12, folate, ferritin, and copper in your blood. Deficiencies in vitamin B12, folate, iron, or copper can cause anemia, so it is crucial to check these levels to get a full picture as to why you may have a low RBC count.
